How do you package up and productize your intellectual knowledge? And you might be asking, what do I mean by that? Many of you have started or are growing businesses that have to do with your knowledge, your skill, your ability, and other things that you've gained during your law enforcement careers.
Maybe you have started instructor, businesses, or training businesses. And you are using those skills and that knowledge in your business. That is ultimately what you are selling. But the problem is most of you are likely on the hamster wheel of exchanging your time for money. And this is a fruitless endeavor that eventually is going to lead to your burnout.
So, this episode is all about how we take our intellectual property, our knowledge, and how we productize it, package it up, and sell it. How do we take it from something that requires us to be somewhere or do something in person to provide a service, and instead, be able to sell that in a way, put it out there into the world in a way that doesn't require your time and energy.
