Welcome to the Addiction to Freedom podcast, today’s episode is a very special interview with a radical Buddhist Teacher, Noah Levine. Noah is the author of Refuge Recovery, Heart of the Revolution, Against the Stream, and Dharma Punx and is also an addiction recovery advocate.
Noah is not your typical hippie spiritual teacher, he brings in a radical and revolutionary sense in the Buddhist teaching. In this interview, he also shares his own addiction journey and discusses what the solution to addiction and craving looks like.

Noah is a Buddhist teacher, an addiction-recovery advocate, and the founder of several non-profits that provide Buddhist-based resources to diverse populations including addicts (Refuge Recovery), incarcerated youth (the mind-body awareness project), He offers retreats, training, lectures, and meditation classes internationally. Noah holds a master’s degree in counselling psychology from CIIS. He has been teaching Buddhism since the late 90s.
