In a career spanning 27 years, Rob served as the Commander or CEO of an infantry brigade of nearly 5,000 men and women in the 101st Airborne Division. He is an Army Ranger, Parachutist, and combat veteran of our wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Rob is decorated with the Combat Infantryman's Badge and three Bronze Star medals. He served during recovery efforts following Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans.
Rob has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, a Master of Administration from Central Michigan University, and a Master of Strategic Studies from the United States Army War college.
Rob has written two best-selling books, one on leadership and the other on military transition. In 2017, he founded Rob Campbell Leadership, a leadership coaching, and speaking business helping organizations grow leaders and increase employee engagement. Rob is a 30-year practitioner and student of leadership. He is a John Maxwell certified executive leadership coach and speaker.
Rob also serves as the Executive Director for VETtoCEO, a veteran entrepreneurship program. In this role he made curriculum improvements, boosted social media presence, and formed strategic partnerships.
Rob enjoys motorcycling, writing and professional keynote speaking. He is a staunch veteran and military spouse advocate and mentor. He and his wife Leslie, an artist entrepreneur and military spouse reside on the North Carolina coast. They have two adult sons: Robbie and Louden."
