Hey Boss, Make Me Happy

As we all know, each employee’s happiness at work is the direct responsibility of the boss. Right? Isn’t that why we have ping pong tables in offices or have unlimited PTO?
Removing the tongue from the cheek, it is not the boss’s job to make their people happy. But benefits and cultures are HUGE in providing the space for happiness to flourish. There will be people who are happy in rough situations and people who are down right crusty in the least challenging environments.
