Dr. Martina Harris is an accomplished nurse educator and leader, serving as the Dean of Nursing and Allied Health at Chattanooga State Community College. She brings a wealth of experience and a strong academic background to her role, holding a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree. Dr. Harris’s educational journey and commitment to excellence have positioned her as a respected authority in both nursing education and healthcare administration. 
 
Throughout her career, Dr. Harris has made significant contributions to nursing education and practice, holding various teaching and administrative positions where she has demonstrated her passion for student success, curriculum development, and faculty mentoring.
